Hello beer lovers and welcome to another edition of the
NorCal Beer Blog's brew review.
Tonight’s featured beer is Moylan’s Brewery Nor Cal IPA.
Let’s get started!
Appearance: Pours a clear orange color with a fluffy white
head and light lacing.
Aroma: Citrus, floral and pine hops way up front in the
nose. Sweet caramel malt is there, but in the back.
Taste: Floral, grassy and citrus hops way up front with
sweet and biscuit malts balancing in the background and a lingering malt
finish.
Overall: Moylan’s Brewery’s Nor Cal IPA is a solid IPA with
tons of hop flavor. At 6.5% ABV a bomber
or two of these is just perfect.
Check out all the great beers from Moylan’s Brewery and Restaurant
on their website.
Cheers!
