Caldera Brewing Company Pale Ale

Hello beer lovers and welcome to another edition of the NorCal Beer Blog's brew review.

Tonight’s featured beer is Caldera Brewing Company Pale Ale.

From the Caldera Brewing Company website: “A West Coast-Style Pale Ale balancing plenty of hops with a malty backbone. Premium Two Row, Munich and Crystal Malts, Centennial and Cascade Hops.”
Let’s get started!
Appearance: Pours a dark orange color with a fluffy off-white head and soapy lacing.
Aroma: Sweet and bready malts, citrus, pine and floral hop notes.
Taste: Toasty and sweet malts balanced nicely with citrus, earthy and some pine hop bitterness.
Overall: Solid and enjoyable, Caldera Brewing Company Pale Ale is a delicious Pale Ale. At 5.5% ABV this is a great beer to have a few of due to the excellent balance they’ve achieved.

Cheers!

Mark Harvey
