Triple Voodoo Brewing Company Grand Cru

Hello beer lovers and welcome to another edition of the NorCal Beer Blog's brew review.

Tonight’s featured beer is Triple Voodoo Brewing Company Grand Cru.

From the Triple Voodoo Brewing Company website: “Grand Cru is created as a very special offering from Triple Voodoo Brewing. It is brewed with Belgian style grains and hops with the addition of Honey, Blue Agave Nectar, Coriander, and Orange Peel. All ingredients join forces in the aroma bouquet, resulting in an amazingly smooth yet complex experience in flavors.”
Let’s get started!
Appearance: Pours a clear copper color with a small off-white head and nice lacing.
Aroma: Spicy, Belgian yeast, coriander, banana, sweet malt and orange peel.
Taste: Sweet malt, coriander, orange peel, Belgian yeast, honey, banana and clove.
Overall: Balanced well and very drinkable, Triple Voodoo Brewing Company’s Grand Cru was quite enjoyable. At 9% ABV this bomber was just the ticket for me and I was left wanting another. I'm looking forward to trying other Triple Voodoo Brewing Company offerings.

Cheers!

Mark Harvey
